Introduction

International business includes any business operations conducted by two or more countries. Such a business relationship can arise at the level of both private and public organizations. In the case of private companies in international business management operations are conducted with the purpose of making a profit. The companies receiving government is not always focus on profits.

To achieve any of its targets the company must establish a form of the trade, some of which may differ significantly from those used domestically. The choice of form is not only influenced by the planned target, but also the external environment in which the company will operate.

Wednesday is also the choice of determining the functions of business, such as marketing. However, the company conducting business internationally, almost no impact on the business environment in which it operates.
